An issue with paysafecard payments causing the balance not to updated even after a successful payment has now been resolved. To pay with paysafecard, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the payment page and select paysafecard
- Select amount (Only EUR is supported)
- Click on "pay with paysafecard" and follow their instructions to finish your payment
- Make sure that paysafecard redirect you back to www.99stack.com and that your balance is updated instantly.
If your balance still haven't updated after following the above steps please contact support and we'll process your payment manually. Also note that paysafecard payments are made in EUR while the value of 99Stack coins corresponds to USD. A free exchange will therefore take place with the current exchange rates found here, which may cause the amount to differ. The value of your payment will still be the same however.
