Paypal recently updated their ToS to include a fine deducted directly from account balance or your bank account if you have a linked card. Whatever they consider to be "misinformation" can now be fined $2500.
It's very vague as to how this is gonna work in practice seeing that Paypal doesn't even allow much content to be posted, what's the deal here. If I leave a message to a seller or respond to one of my buyers, will they check that message and fine me if they think it contains "misinformation". Or does it go on further.
What I'm worried about is, say if I ran a blog on the topic of conspiracies, on a 99Stack VPS instance and paid with Paypal. Are Paypal gonna find that blog and be able to link it to me somehow then fine me for what they consider to be "misinformation" or how does it work?
