Magnus_Lind Last I checked it was $4/mo with limited availability, cheapest server instance is $5. You would need to do some configuration on your own as well. I'd use some kind of proxy solution if I were you, that way you'll also get redundancy and caching.
Kenneth_Crayton There aren't many in stock, and with the current prices you might as well get a cheap $5/mo instance which can also act as a proxy and cache while providing you with a free IPv4 and IPv6 address.
