Containerized databases?

Noticed "Databases" showing up in dashboard after logging in today, what is it? Some sort of shared solution, server less or a dedicated cluster. Looks like a mix of them all. I did create a test database and it does spin up fast and runs smoothly. Love the monitoring too.

Basically as affordable as shared hosting, but designed for external connections as indicated by the use of TLS certificates (no vendor lock-ins). True pay-per-use all the way down to $0/hr and scales as well as "serverless" as it runs in containers rather than directly on a physical host.
