TOR nodes are acceptable, with the exception of exit nodes, as they essentially become open proxies where all sorts of malicious traffic could emerge. Open proxies are forbidden for the same reason. However, you can run your own personal VPN tunnel on a node where you have control over the traffic.
You may also host a hidden service, as long as the content on it is legal and complies with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
