We were recommended to upgrade the integration rather abruptly. Turns out that that the geniuses over at Paypal had decided that using a call center was the best approach to inform merchants about this upgrade. This of course flagged the calls as spam, as nobody would expect an actual legit call from Paypal.
So first of all, sorry for the inconvenience. From now on you will have to enter your email address or uuid manually in the memo field on the Paypal payment page, which is always gonna be the same link that you can bookmark if you want. The label marks it very clear, so you can't miss it. But if you do, feel free to reach out to support with the payment id to have your payment manually added to your account.
Secondly. Yes, from this page you can now pay to any account you want, just enter the email address or uuid of the receiving account, and double check. Same as for a regular bankgiro invoice. No need to worry about trailing spaces as we trim the data on both sides in the receiver.
