Upgrading our back end servers and migrate to new host nodes spread across the world instead of existing only within Europe. This kind of migration can cause temporary issues due to an upgraded configuration, we'll keep monitoring and testing everything during the upcoming days but let us know if something seems to be broken.
Known issues
Second generation servers doesn't seem to deploy due to a broken layer ✅
Second generation servers doesn't show availibility ✅
Third generation servers doesn't seem to recognize ssh key data and therefore cannot deploy ✅
Recommended actions
Keep using the API as usual, if any further error occurs they will be logged and resolved within short.
Status updates
Third generation servers can now be deployed again, the issue occurred when using SSH keys during deployment as any chosen key failed to load, this because of a new more secure function to load data which wasn't yet used in deployment, the deployment function where still looking in the old place, where nothing where to be found. This may have affected first generation servers as well, and for a longer time than before this migration.
Second generation servers can now deploy as well, keys are assigned and host names updated. script_url
should work as well. However, improvements will be made in this area too.
