The real question should be about elinks, which btw is a decent command line only browser. A great tool to have if you don't want a browser with potential vulnerabilities that uses javascript and other plugins commonly used for tracking. Also, like samnuel said, combine it with TOR and you'll get a fair amount of anonymity if you avoid human errors.
