No need to worry, support will fix this manually. The payment processor Cryptonator is oversensitive and a bit stupid, even if you get the last number wrong in amount, i.e 1 satoshi less than requested you'll see a mismatch status and the payment will time out.
I usually just copy the amount in crypto directly into my wallet to avoid any issues like this, works every time.
