It seems to have appeared after a reorganization of the tags, a Flarum bug. The solution is to clear your cache by hitting CTRL + F5, on each tag that doesn't look right. But I'll check with the dev team to see if they can clear the cache globally for everyone, so that you won't have to refresh manually yourself.
