How is 99Stack affected by COVID 19

Considering how many companies is going bankruptcy in these days and some receive government funding, I was wondering how 99Stack is doing during the crisis. Is it safe to use or should I pick another cloud?

To be fair, many clouds seems to be doing fine and 99Stack Cloud is no exception. The major threat would be hyperinflation due to our pay in advance setup. If that where to happen there would be worse issues to deal with.

In any case we're prepared for that as well by, holding reserves in other assets than the US dollar. Cryptocurrency and server infrastructure included.

In terms of staff, there may be a slightly longer response time on support tickets, but we're prepared for that as well by increasing the amount of automated tasks and strengthen up this community forum to help you share and increase your knowledge around how to use our platform, in case we can't provide support in a reasonable time.

"Human support" so to speak is and has always been kind of slow around here, unless it's something critical. It's a good thing then that the self support resources are excellent, great documentation, extensive knowledge base.

I don't consider COVID 19 that big deal anyway, but if we're gonna talk companies surviving this outbreak I'd likt to think that 99Stack might be one of the few that comes out nearly unaffected.

Been using this service for nearly two years and never experienced a slow response to any of my support tickets, I guess you just need to be very specific about what you need help with and accept the answer, if something cannot be done then it can't, if it can be done it'll be done very fast and in a professional way.

It's actually described here, how to appropriately contact the support team, if you really expect any help. There's even a metaphorical question on how to not get help, or how to be ignored by the support team: 😆

Sending multiple replies containing the same message or demands to get help faster (spam), be rude or threat the staff, refuse to cooperate, refuse to share information requested by the agent.

Not sure if anyone is that stupid tho, but you never know. 🤔
