It should be fine, I'm running a VPN service here which is now secured from most potential abuse vectors, got a few warnings early on but never got banned or any account restrictions. I've had servers quarantined in a way that only SSH is allowed for a few hours during serious violations but that's about it.
Support is quick to deal with such issues and keeps me updated on the status, I even got caught once when one of my users did some illegal torrenting, support recommended me different data centers under different legal jurisdictions where torrenting isn't illegal.
